Taking over security at Wickens Transport
Working together with Wickens Transport in Minehead, Somerset, we were contracted to carry out routine maintenance on all of their existing intruder alarms as the company was not happy with their previous security company.
Initial Consultation
As the company already had existing intruder alarms installed at their premises, we were able to take over the system with minimal disruption. We met with the owner of the business to find out where the intruder alarm was installed and how many devices were at the site, and then we carried out a survey of the site to see if there were any obstacles that would hinder the maintenance of the system at any point.
The Installation and Maintenance
Arriving at a time suitable for the owner, our specialist alarm installation and maintenance team were able quickly carry out the routine maintenance of the alarm systems. The maintenance included checking over the control panel and the detectors to make sure there were no faults, and if any faults were found then we were able to rectify them effectively, or replace the device if it was deemed necessary.
