From my initial enquiry I was very impressed at the very polite efficient level of service, attention and detail in me receiving my quotations and full product specification of equipment to be installed. Also can I mention the patience of all involved when I changed my mind many times on the location and number of cameras and viewing screens. Once the quotation and payment terms had been accepted the installation began on time and as scheduled. I understand that it took the 'Fitters' a little longer than anticipated, but throughout they conducted themselves in an exemplary manner and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was as I wanted it. I would like to, in particular mention and praise the work Justin did on the 'tidy up' after the main installation had been completed, he came back and finely tuned the cameras, made sure I knew how to work the recording equipment and also returned to do the corking on the cable housings, great customer service, an asset to Ellard Security. So, all in all, great products, great terms and great Service and even better all from a local business. Thank you very much Ellard Security."

"I run a livery yard and smallholding in an old Grade II listed farmhouse and 10 acres of land situated in East Devon, midway between Exeter and Ottery St Mary. I've lived in the local area all my life and having always been a keen equestrian, know the area well. Having previously worked in a civilian capacity for the constabulary I've always been well aware of the devastating negative impact of crime, but it wasn't until a criminal managed to gain entry to the property via a door accidentally left open by my elderly mother one day whilst I was absent, that I realised just how it feels to be a victim of crime and the fear and insecurity that ensue from it, as well as the loss of sentimental items. I feel very much safer at my property now and am satisfied that all the horses and equipment is as well protected as can be. IF I am unfortunate enough to have an unwelcome visitor the system will not only alert me to their presence but will also act as a deterrent. I am responsible for three horses on livery at my yard as well as my own two, and I feel that I have done the very best not only for their security but also the ancillary possessions of their owner. Also my elderly mother feels much safer knowing that there is an effective deterrent should someone come prowling around. So I would definitely recommend this system for anyone in my position. I have also opted for the 5-year maintenance contract for added peace of mind and less hassle."
