Security Gates
Gates are possibly the most undervalued part of security. Whether you are a home owner or a business, the thought of a gate is about as familiar as the thought of putting in a portcullis.
While the thought of a security gate can seem unwelcoming, even hostile, this is often unfair, security gates can only have to fulfil two different criteria. It simply has to discourage intruders from making a nuisance of themselves.
When it comes to public areas of a business or a home you need to balance the security aspect with the visual. There are such a wide selection of gates available that you will find one that is suitable. Of course, almost any sturdy gate would do, just so long as it isn't composed of horizontal bars. |

Gate Automation
A good gate can end up saving you a money in the long run, and not just on your insurance. Even if you have an excellent door with a top of the range lock with multi-point bolts, it wont stop an intruder from supergluing it. Whereas a secure gate will be another layer of defence through which the burglar must break, this will help in deterring most intruders before they even consider what other security you may have in place.
